Q: How long does a full service take?

We aim to complete a full service within 3 weeks. This timescale is subject to the availability of parts and condition of the watch.

Q: When is payment required?

We only require payment once the work is complete. No payment is required in advance.

Q: Do you confirm the quote following inspection of the watch?

Yes. We will not proceed with any work without receiving your confirmation to the agreed quote.

Q: What if I receive the quote and I choose not to go ahead? Will I be charged a fee?

All inspections are free of charge. However, there will be a £14.40 charge if you require the watch to be posted back to you. This fee covers Special Delivery postage and covers detailed tracking and insurance of your watch up to £25,000.
